ONSITE AT CLIENT SITE REQUIRED IN RICHMOND, VA* Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as an Account Management Partner with Kyndryl? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role, you will create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, building trusted relationships with top-level executives. As an Account Management Partner, you will drive proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals to ensure our largest accounts continue to flourish. You will develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies and identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering tailor-made solutions that meet customer needs. Collaboration is key. You will work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process, from prospecting through closing deals and beyond. You will lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you will pursue and secure new deals to advance Kyndryl’s growth. You will apply external best practices to anticipate customer needs and provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader. As the owner of the account P&L, you will focus on customer satisfaction and account compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation. 10+ years of experience managing the sales process end-to-end 5+ years of experience running account P&L $10M+ Must have experience on government accounts Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers May be required to travel up to 25% Bonus Skills & Education
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree Sales experience in technical solutions Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable minimum wage. This position may have location-specific compensation ranges. This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to plan terms. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
