Skills and Requirements

3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the Salesforce platform

3-7 years of experience writing user stories for Salesforce specific functionalities

Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce BA Certification

Experience working with various Salesforce platforms and features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

This person will not be doing hands‑on configurations, rather they need to understand the various platforms' functionalities and how features would work together.

Process documentation experience in their tool of choice (Lucid Chart, Asana, etc.)

Experience working with a ticketing system similar to Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.

Must be a strong communicator, able to prioritize and re‑prioritize tasks and requests from business units based on project goals. Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred) or Service Cloud Consultant Certification

CSM or CSPO certifications

Experience doing hands‑on configurations a plus!
