As the Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Digital Marketing while collaborating with operations and marketing leadership to plan and achieve strategic marketing goals. This role provides support to the marketing and operations teams by assisting with the execution of property marketing initiatives, including social media, reputation management, and marketing systems. Your Impact and Job Responsibilities
Conduct social and reputation audits Generate, edit, and publish content across multiple channels consistent with brand voice of Waterton Establish social media presence for new acquisitions as well as provide system support for users Conduct Internet Listing Service (ILS), call tracking, and lead source audits Create, edit, and manage editorial and monthly social calendars for the portfolio Maintain the ILS audit and administer changes to the various platforms for the portfolio Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to review and analyze social media/reputation management and reporting Manage the social media reputation of properties through oversight and resolution of customer matters that are escalated via social media Manage the strategy, setup, and reporting of marketing software/systems Manage property digital assets including branding elements, photos, floor plans, etc. Utilizes creative and graphic expertise within Canva to meet department’s graphic design needs, including flyers and collateral Oversee move-in specials, photos and other written content updates on the property websites Manage the execution and distribution of awards, marketing programs, and contests Analyze data and prepare and present reports to marketing and operations leadership for various marketing systems, including social media and reputation management What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills and Experience
Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related work experience preferred Experience- 1-2 years of experience within the Marketing field How we will recognize and reward you

The pay range is a base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for.
