
Position Responsibilities:
(35%) Internal and External Digital Communications: Create and send all digital communications including e-stories, e-newsletters, event invitations, and special announcements. Operate within organization systems for mass emailing, currently the Raiser's Edge database. Be the strategic leader and own execution on social media. Work with VP of External Relations to manage contractors assisting with digital communications. Execute all graphic design for these communications.
(35%) Internal and External Print Communications: Create and send print communications, including fundraising appeals, newsletters, and event invitations. Manage relationships with print contractors. Execute graphic design for these communications.
(15%) Story Collection & Telling: Engage with cross-functional teams to understand Agate's work and gather stories for storytelling purposes. Attend cross-functional team meetings, take photos and videos as part of the storytelling process.
(15%) External Relations Team Participation: Attend team meetings and support on all-team projects and activities. Support on execution and at times, project leadership of External Relations events.
