As the
Video Producer, Marketing , you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and marketplace teams to create meaningful video content for social, marketplace and product advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience segments. You will have the opportunity to design, shoot and edit videos that are relevant, informative, and engaging. Alongside the content team, you will also have the opportunity to lead the implementation of a cohesive visual identity across all of Sunco’s branded videos, field and scope new projects, build visual storyboards, and outsource videography when additional resources are necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with content manager and writers to develop video concepts and storyboards. Shoot high-quality video footage, capturing the essence of Sunco’s products based on audience metrics. Edit short form and long-form ad/promo/informational videos that are on brand, on spec and compelling, using industry standard software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere/After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve (Adobe preferred). Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual style across all videos. Tailor videos for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo) to maximize reach and impact. Optimize video content for SEO and discoverability. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor videos and identify opportunities to be more creative and help Sunco’s content stand out. Build shot lists, direct videography sessions, set up props, lighting, and other elements to achieve desired shots. Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with overall brand strategy. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine videos. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized files and assets for efficient workflow. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in film production, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field Proven experience as an end-to-end video producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Ability to film, edit, and produce content (including lighting, set design, sound design, etc.). Ability to shoot/direct/produce field productions as well as in-studio content Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects Understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Experience working with products or B2B campaigns.
