Marketing Professional (2–5 years of experience) About the role

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a

hands-on Digital Marketer

who gets energy from building campaigns, creating content, devising mailing flows, etc. You will ensure strong marketing output and thereby have an impact on our sales pipeline. You will translate our strategy and customer needs into marketing actions that advance our brand, pipeline and conversion. You will work closely with the Growth team and report to the Marketing Director. Your mission: Further develop Amista’s story Deliver consistent, compelling marketing across all channels Set up, test and optimise creative campaigns Tasks & responsibilities

You set up digital marketing initiatives via paid/owned/earned (in collaboration with the marketing team). You build targeted campaigns to attract and convert leads. You determine target segments, refine value propositions and monitor tone of voice and messaging. You develop email campaigns and flows, automate follow-ups and tailor content to the right target group. Together with the sales team, you actively generate new leads through webinars, social content, website content, round tables, events, etc. 2) Content with impact You translate IT material into clear, compelling content: blogs, visuals, newsletters, customer cases, white papers, video scripts, social posts, etc. You gather input from consultants, project teams and sales & account managers and turn it into audience-oriented content. 3) Events & collaboration You support our event coordination at trade fairs and events (preparation, promotion, follow-up). You form an important link between marketing, sales and delivery. 4) Measuring, improving, adjusting You measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and take the initiative to increase ROI. You provide market insights on trends, competitors and opportunities. Your expertise

2–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (SAP/software/enterprise tech is a plus). Strong foundation in demand generation (inbound and outbound). Thorough knowledge of LinkedIn Ads. Experience with email marketing. Knowledge of CMS systems, LookerStudio, GEO/SEO/SEA is a strong plus. You work independently, take ownership and are accurate. You are enthusiastic and eager to learn, and you are interested in technology and IT. You like pace and feel comfortable in a growth environment. What you can expect
