
Our client, a dynamic organization in the marketing and analytics industry, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Analyst to join their team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Marketing department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales and Product. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making, which will align successfully within the organization.

$45.00 hourly – $55.00 hourly Shift
8:00 – 5:00 PM Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple sources such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools. Measure and report on campaign performance across various channels including digital, email, social media, paid media, and events. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Perform customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis to optimize targeting and improve conversion rates. Analyze marketing ROI, attribution models, and cost-per-acquisition to support budget planning and investment decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Benefits
