Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development professional to drive market outreach and enterprise sales for Point AI’s advanced AI solutions for global e-commerce and retail platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong academic pedigree and experience working with leading technology companies or consulting firms, who can engage senior stakeholders, articulate complex AI products clearly, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will work with decision-makers across leading e-commerce and retail organizations, positioning Point AI as a strategic technology partner. Responsibilities
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of enterprise clients for Point AI’s product offerings. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to secure product demos and discovery meetings. Prepare and tailor professional product decks and proposals for executive audiences. Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions. Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial proposals, and close enterprise contracts. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) until project delivery, coordinating with internal product and delivery teams. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Business or Management from top-tier institutions such as
MIT, Stanford, Harvard, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Wharton, Kellogg, or similar . 5–7 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting within technology, SaaS, or AI-driven products. Prior experience with leading e-commerce, SaaS or retail organizations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business modeling and executive presentations. Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements and conferences. Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms. Exposure to high-growth startup or scale-up environments. Network within e-commerce, retail technology, or digital commerce ecosystems.
