260047**Scope:*** This role offers an opportunity to create a huge impact by driving the HR transformation through tools, technology, AI & automation.* As a key member of our Associate Success team, driving the HR transformation, you will play a pivotal role in **creating real value** through automation, optimization, and smarter ways of working thereby enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.**What You'll do:*** Understand business requirements and lead end-to-end digital transformation for the Associate Success function to drive operational excellence and deliver a world-class associate experience.* Define and own the digital strategy and technology roadmap for Associate Success platforms, in close partnership with IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.* Act as a Subject Matter Expert, designing and implementing automation strategies while overseeing the optimization and ongoing enhancement of platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, and AI-enabled chatbots.* Provide strategic direction on HR tools, technology platforms, and people analytics.* Ensure global data integrity and accuracy across Associate Success systems by establishing and enforcing data governance standards.* Own the end-to-end HR technology architecture for Associate Success, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready across core and adjacent platforms.* Oversee the testing strategy encompassing unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, automation testing, and release approval processes.* Own release calendars, change logs, and deployment governance in collaboration with IT and global teams* Drive strategic vendor partnerships, owning SLAs, technology roadmaps, performance governance, and cost optimization across HR technology platforms and service providers.* Lead Associate Success technology projects, including system upgrades, Workday enhancements, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.* Create dashboard to present insights, metrics, and highlight efficiencies to the AS leadership to drive decisions and measure success.**What we are looking for****:*** 12 to 15 years of experience in a global organization with expert-level knowledge of HR shared service delivery leveraging technologies and digital transformation strategies.* Hands-on expertise in Workday and ServiceNow to drive technological enhancements and operational efficiency.* Excellent communication, presentation, project management skills* Change management expertise with proven ability to redesign complex organizational processes* Systems thinking approach to reimagining HR service delivery* Ability to derive insights from data, build dashboards for leaders & stakeholders and facilitate decision making.* Proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics will be an added advantage* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be results-focused and manage multiple priorities* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.* Ability to partner effectively with global teams, business partnering teams, talent acquisition, and business to become the trusted advisor to Stakeholders.**Our Values**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
