The Town of Brookline Recreation department seeks qualified candidates for the 2026 summer camp season. The program runs July 6, 2026 to August 14, 2026 at three elementary schools in Brookline, MA. Hourly rates are based on camp position. Positions
Camp Director
Schedule: July 6, 2026 to August 14, 2026; M-F: 8:00am to 4:00pm Pay Rate: $22 per hour Requirements: Must be minimum 21 years old. General Responsibilities: To ensure a quality summer camp program and be responsible for the day-to-day operation and implementation of the camp program. Additional responsibilities include curriculum creation and implementation, helping to coordinate and execute the counselor orientation, and pre-season administration work including Camp Doc setup. The Director is also responsible for the health & safety of all participants while working as the designated Health Care Supervisor. Reports To: Camp Coordinator
