
About the role
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager with fluent English proficiency—both spoken and written—who is a master storyteller with a passion for technology, AI, and automation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how InRule communicates its value to business and technical audiences. Your mission is to create engaging, thought-provoking, and high-performing content that educates prospects, supports sales, and strengthens our position as a leader in decision intelligence and automation.
You will collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams to produce a range of content that builds awareness, drives product adoption, and fuels our demand generation and product-led growth strategies.
What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with InRule’s business goals, product roadmap, and target audiences.
Translate complex topics like Business Rules, Process Automation, and AI, into clear, relatable stories.
Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality output across channels.
Content Creation
Write and edit a variety of content, including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, and email campaigns.
Partner with subject-matter experts to develop compelling thought leadership on topics such as business rule management, decision intelligence, and process automation.
Ensure all content reflects InRule’s brand voice and messaging framework.
Content Optimization & Distribution
Collaborate with the demand generation team to align content with campaigns, SEO, and lead-nurture programs.
Optimize existing content for SEO, conversion, and engagement performance.
Repurpose long-form content into assets for social, email, and sales enablement.
Collaboration & Measurement
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Sales to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with buyer journeys.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to improve engagement and pipeline impact.
What we’re looking for Required
Fluent in English, with exceptional skills in writing, editing, and storytelling.
5+ years of professional experience in content marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to both business and technical audiences.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content analytics.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with automation, AI, analytics, or decision management technologies.
Experience in SaaS, in Start-Ups or Scale-Ups.
Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) content strategies.
Knowledge of content tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
