This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Shanghai or Taipei. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects that align with the company\'s high standards. Daily responsibilities include creating space plans, collaborating with architects, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, the Interior Designer will contribute to delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions. Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, including the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings, including knowledge of design principles and documentation Strong expertise in FF&E selection, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit, or similar software is a plus Prior experience in high-end or customized projects is highly desirable
