Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in program management and product ownership Proven expertise in AI and a successful track record in delivering AI-driven capabilities Experience managing products end-to-end, with knowledge of best practices, tools, and processes Ability to navigate and lead projects through the uncertainty of large-scale business initiatives History of creating impactful presentations for senior executive leadership Strong proficiency with agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Teams) Responsibilities

Act as a thought leader driving a strategic, complex, and visible AI-driven program across various Lines of Business from inception to delivery Responsible for the strategic design, definition of business requirements, and the implementation of innovative working methods to support AI solutions Lead the seamless execution and delivery of program objectives, covering project conception, planning, requirements collection, solution development, governance, and decision-making Formulate a problem statement, set opportunity targets, establish baseline data, and define success metrics for AI capabilities Maintain a critical analytical approach to develop and synthesize requirements, risks, and interdependencies throughout the roadmap delivery across multiple workstreams Ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination among all stakeholders through project updates and executive summaries Articulate ideas at all organizational levels through engaging and impactful storytelling Foster relationships with cross-functional teams (including Technology, Legal, and Regulatory Controls) to understand challenges and gather requirements Promote an environment where all team members feel heard and contribute ideas while building trust with colleagues and executives Champion both business and cultural transformation, demonstrating consistency, integrity, and humility in leadership Company
