Ruder Finn is seeking a talented Senior Associate, Social & Influencer Strategy to join our growing Digital team. This person should have a genuine interest and curiosity about digital marketing, including strategy, influencer targeting, campaign activation/management, and reporting, with experience executing influencer campaigns and partnerships to help meet business objectives .
As a
Senior Associate, Social & Influencer Strategy, you will have the chance to build foundational experience working alongside industry experts and supporting some of the world’s most recognized brands. In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to client communications, collaborate with partners and various practice groups across the country and globally, and contribute your creative ideas to meaningful campaigns. This position is designed to help you develop core skills in digital marketing and influencer strategy, providing opportunities to grow, learn, and gradually take on more responsibility as you advance in your career. Key Responsibilities
Assist with setting up and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, including helping with A/B message testing, audience segmentation, and compiling basic metrics reports. (Some experience with META platforms is required ; exposure to LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, or X is a plus )
Help gather and organize data for client reports, learning to interpret platform analytics and Google Analytics/GA4
Monitor social channels daily and support community management activities for a variety of clients, responding to routine inquiries and flagging important issues for senior team members
Participate in internal and client meetings or calls to learn about strategy, creative ideas, and campaign activation that support client business objectives
Support influencer marketing initiatives by assisting with research and list building, drafting pitches, helping with outreach, coordinating contracts, reviewing content, and maintaining tracking spreadsheets under guidance
Develop a working knowledge of social platform features, such as character limits, ad specifications, whitelisting, and ad objectives , with support from the team
Assist in conducting basic competitive and category research as directed by senior team members.
Stay informed on current trends and updates in digital marketing and social media channels, and share relevant findings with the team to help enhance content or campaign performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, advertising or other related field is preferred
1 + years of digital marketing or advertising is required , with hands-on involvement in influencer campaigns necessary , healthcare experience a plus (internships, projects, or similar practical experience)
Experience in Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager required , other ads managers such as LinkedIn, TikTok, X a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with digital tools like Tagger (or similar influencer platforms) is a plus
Enthusiastic and proactive, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with guidance from the team
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Creative thinker who values data and feedback to inform ideas and approaches
Passionate about digital trends, active on social platforms, and eager to explore emerging channels and tools

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $55,000 – $68,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications.
