Overview

Senior Product Designer (Agentic AI • B2B SaaS) — On-Site NYC Location:

New York City (on-site, 5 days/week) Comp:

$150k–$250k base + competitive equity About the role We’re building agentic AI products that handle real, complex back-office workflows—think data-dense systems, auditability, and human↔AI handoffs that must just work. You’ll lead end-to-end product design across web apps and internal tools, invent new UI primitives for AI agents, and partner directly with founders, PM, and engineering to ship fast. What you’ll own

Design user–agent interactions from first sketch to polished release (research → flows → high-fidelity UI → shipped). Create

agent-ready UI primitives

(explanations, reversible actions, confidence cues, logs) that are composable and auditable. Build and evolve a

design system

(tokens, components, patterns) for data-rich enterprise workflows. Prototype with

LLMs/agents

to validate UX before engineering lift; turn insights into quarterly bets. Become “the user”: spend time inside the workflows you’re designing to drive practical, outcome-oriented decisions. You’ll thrive here if you

(interaction + visual) and can show system thinking across tables, forms, states, and edge cases. Have real

experience and iterate quickly in resource-constrained environments. Prototype confidently (Figma, interactive protos; bonus: LLM prototyping) and communicate decisions crisply. Love on-site, high-bandwidth collaboration and a high-agency, owner mindset. Nice-to-haves

Domain exposure to fintech/accounting/operations or other data-dense workflows. Design-system stewardship at a growing startup. Comfort discussing technical constraints (APIs, latency, observability) with engineers. What we offer
