Marketing Analyst

on behalf of a well‑established organization in the

Orlando market . This hybrid role blends in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility and is ideal for an analytical marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and performance insights.

What You’ll Do

Analyze marketing performance data, KPIs, and trends to drive optimization

Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision‑making

Use SQL to query, clean, and manipulate datasets across multiple sources

Leverage Tableau to create, maintain, and iterate on insightful dashboards

Utilize

Google Cloud

tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio/Data Studio) to support analytics workflows

Evaluate digital marketing performance and provide actionable, insight‑driven recommendations

Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities

Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to support strategic marketing initiatives

Support CRM segmentation, audience targeting, and lifecycle marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For

MUST‑HAVE: Proficiency in SQL

(writing queries, joins, aggregations, QA/validation)

3+ years of experience

in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a similar role

Healthcare or financial services background strongly preferred

Experience with

Google Cloud

(BigQuery, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Cloud Storage, etc.)

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
