Overview Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative productivity solutions, is seeking a Product Designer 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Product Designer 3, you will be part of the design department supporting the Calendar and AI-powered experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$57/hr to $61/hr on W2

Responsibilities

Support and execute the design vision for Microsoft Calendar Copilot experiences, focusing on conversational user experiences and autonomous agents.

Design end-to-end workflows that simplify time management across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

Explore how AI agents, prediction, and conversational UX can act as thought partners for users to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces by balancing long-term vision with near-term product delivery.

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to turn insights into shipped experiences.

Qualifications

Thorough and disciplined design process with at least 4 years of experience.

Proficiency in Figma with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.

Experience with generative AI and integrating AI technologies into products (1+ year preferred).

A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design leadership, from vision to launch.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
