We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our growing team, responsible for advanced outbound outreach, strong discovery and qualification, and disciplined handoffs that enable Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to close new logos and expansion opportunities. This position reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer, and may be based in St. Louis, MO, or Hinton, WV. This candidate will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by consistently generating high-quality, qualified meetings and influencing downstream revenue outcomes. This role will operate with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on quality over volume, prioritizing the right prospects, executing targeted outreach strategies, and delivering context-rich discovery that contributes directly to revenue performance. Ideal candidates will represent a senior-level position within the business development career track and will not carry direct closing responsibilities. Key responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Representative include: Outbound prospecting & pipeline creation Qualification & discovery excellence Influenced revenue & opportunity impact Inbound & even lead follow-up Cross-functional collaboration Activity, systems & operational excellence Desired skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required 3+ years' experience in business development, sales development, recruitment, or outbound sales roles. Demonstrated success consistently generating qualified meetings and contributing to revenue outcomes. Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills, and ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on high-impact activity. Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools. Experience in healthcare, physician recruitment, or workforce solutions preferred.
