What You’ll Do

SEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

Own hands-on SEO execution across assigned content areas Conduct keyword research grounded in user intent (informational, evaluative, implementation) Build and maintain keyword/topic maps aligned to site architecture Identify gaps and opportunities through competitive and SERP analysis Prioritize work based on impact, feasibility, and downstream value Execute against a quarterly SEO roadmap in partnership with internal teams On-Page SEO & Page Optimization

Shape page strategy for new and existing URLs (intent, structure, scope) Optimize pages for rankings, coverage, and clarity Improve internal linking, page hierarchy, and topical authority Partner with Web and Growth teams to ensure SEO best practices are reflected in templates and patterns SEO-Led Content Support

Contribute to or guide content creation where needed to support SEO goals Ensure content aligns with search intent, quality standards, and performance expectations Review drafts with an SEO lens (coverage, structure, optimization) Help scale output without compromising quality or trust How You’ll Work

Partner closely with Growth, Web, Marketing, and Product teams Work from clear priorities and structured briefs Operate in an async, documentation-driven environment Iterate quickly based on performance data and stakeholder feedback What Success Looks Like

Improved rankings and visibility for priority keyword clusters Growth in qualified organic traffic Strong engagement and intent signals Assisted conversions and downstream business impact Consistent execution and high trust with internal partners What We’re Looking For

Deep hands-on SEO experience (research, prioritization, execution) Strong B2B SEO background — SaaS, enterprise, or technical products Comfort operating across strategy and execution Ability to reason about intent, SERPs, and page architecture Experience working with cross-functional partners (content, product, web) Nice To Have

Experience with large-scale sites or learning hubs Familiarity with CMS-driven publishing and structured content Experience supporting programmatic or templated SEO efforts
