Blackburn Foundation Repair has been serving South Dakota in waterproofing, radon mitigation, foundation repair, and concrete repair since 1992. What You’ll Do:
Maintain and troubleshoot the systems that have been installed
Provide further protection to the home by identifying customer needs and educating about the solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Participate in meetings and trainings
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional communication.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanically Inclined
A passion for customer success and problem-solving.
Experience in sales, waterproofing, or basement repair is a plus.
Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
