The Account Manager, Super Lawyers, will be responsible for growing sales of Super Lawyers (digital and print) advertising to existing clients based on assigned publications. This role will partner with the FindLaw sales channel in establishing contacts, networks and leads. This position reports to the Super Lawyers Sales Manager and is located remotely. Responsibilities

Drive results: Individually manage assigned project leads, prospect for new opportunities and consistently apply superior salesmanship using consultative and solution-based selling. Must achieve both print and online objectives. Consult with clients regarding print and web-based marketing strategies and solutions that meet their business needs and improve their ability to generate leads and cases. Closing: Achieve and exceed company and personal sales and activity goals through negotiations and product offering within set parameters. Sales process: Participate in pre-sales calls and demonstrate online products using web-based tools (Microsoft Teams, GLANCE, etc.) via telephone. Product proposition: Cultivate, maintain, and engage customers on business products to promote usage and revenue growth. Reporting: Gather and log all call information, sales orders, and profile activity within Salesforce and FindLaw's CRM system, ensuring proper marketing sources are credited appropriately. Client and market intelligence: Provide territory market and competitive information to FindLaw for internal business decisions and positions. Industry knowledge: Stay current with online marketing concepts including SEO/SEM, linking strategies and search engine functionality; help educate customers to achieve their online marketing goals. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years successful sales quota attainment experience; college degree in business, sales or related field strongly preferred. Experience in prospecting/cold calling environment required. Experience in the legal industry. Ability to close sales over the phone or in person as travel may be required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to embrace change. Pipeline management skills in a CRM environment required; Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred; excellent interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and accurate forecasting.
