Responsibilities

As a Named Account Executive, generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets, and play a key role in driving strategic, enterprise-wide xRM, analytics, and application platform initiatives. Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs. Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Share value proposition for existing and/or new customers. Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts. Role Details

10+ years of sales experience (quota-carrying software or technology sales) with a proven track record in selling enterprise software, preferably into Justice and Public Safety. Strong preference for candidates in New York City. This is a new business development, hunter role focused on building long-term relationships and growing revenue with State Government agencies. Day to day includes generating new business and driving enterprise-wide initiatives through a consultative approach. Qualifications

Degree or equivalent relevant experience; evaluation based on core competencies (e.g., leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience). Strong consultative selling experience, prospecting skills, and ability to articulate ROI. Excellent communication, business acumen, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a drive for results. Experience with solution selling and robust discovery and objection-handling skills. The pay range for this position is $155,700 to $208,300 base pay. Accommodations
