We are seeking a
Vice President
to join our growing social media team. This is a senior level position where you’ll have the opportunity to drive success for brands and executives and implement best practices in new business efforts. Knowledge and demonstrated passion for digital media, development, campaigns strategy, and social media is required. You will be responsible for running and developing social media strategies on a variety of accounts including content strategy and execution, social listening, channel planning and mapping - working closely with peers in public relations, paid media and influencer marketing. You will also be managing a team of direct reports. Clients will include B2B, B2C and non-profit entities. Responsibilities
Providing on-going strategic counsel for various clients in consumer, non-profit and government sectors Contributes strategic insights leveraged to develop client plans and secure new business opportunities Maintains regular client contact, both verbal and written to develop a senior relationship Develops annual client growth plans Forecast budgets, track project utilization and provide invoice details Works with account teams to develop big picture skills vis-à-vis strategic planning, client development, etc. Writes and/or edits materials (strategy, digital content, social audits) with keen eye Supervises junior team members (e.g. account executives, digital producer, media specialist) Articulates the value proposition for all agency services Actively markets the firm through participation at industry events Promotes and upholds Allison’s core values Qualifications
Vice Presidents at Allison typically have a minimum of 9+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or a related field, at a brand or agency Proven track record in driving organic growth and business development Self-motivated, eager to learn and enthusiastic about the work Thinks strategically and creatively Deep marketing knowledge and experience leading a cross-functional group to strategic solutions for clients Has a reputation for being a strategic partner and soft skills to build trusted internal and external relationships Builds innovative strategies to achieve objectives Ability to manage expectations appropriately and effectively Track-record in developing integrated programs for accounts/clients; award-winning experience is a plus Direct management experience Experience supporting overall agency, department, or office growth Deft in budget management, resource allocation, contract negotiation Benefits

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $120K-$175K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous unlimited PTO plan, 401k program and comprehensive benefits plan.
