What we\'re looking for. Full-time, Roofing Sales role based in Charlotte, Raliegh and/or Greensboro, NC. The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating clients on roofing services and solutions offered. Daily activities involve conducting on-site assessments, providing accurate and detailed estimates, assisting with insurance claims when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project process. The role includes working closely with project managers and ensuring all work aligns with the company’s high-quality standards and commitment to customer service. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in roofs, waterproofing, and working at heights Familiarity with carpentry and insulation techniques Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in roofing or a related industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site and commit to a customer-first approach Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience with insurance claims processes is a plus
