This is a full-time Broker - Carrier Sales role based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work environment that allows for flexibility to work from home. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and contracts, and coordinating the safe and timely transportation of freight. The Broker will also provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a streamlined process from pickup to delivery. Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide exceptional support Experience in Brokerage services and understanding of the logistics or freight transportation industry Ability to conduct effective Training sessions and share industry knowledge with team members Background in Real Estate or similar fields with transferable skills is a plus Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment Proficiency in using logistics software, CRM, and other industry tools
