$16–$19/hour + uncapped commission

Full-time | Occasional Saturday availability required
Job Summary We are hiring a
Membership Sales Specialist
who is confident in sales, comfortable overcoming objections, and motivated by goals and performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a front desk job and is interested in growing into a
General Manager role .
Sales is the primary responsibility. This position also supports studio cleanliness and light social media content.
Responsibilities Sales (Primary Focus)
Sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products to leads, walk-ins, and current members
Confidently handle objections related to price, time, and commitment
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to close sales
Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals
Support promotions, referral programs, and sales events
Studio Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks for saunas, equipment, and common areas
Social Media Support
Assist with capturing in-studio content (photos, short videos, Stories, Reels)
Represent the brand professionally on social media platforms
Requirements
Comfortable with sales conversations and closing
Ability to overcome objections confidently and professionally
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Goal-driven, motivated, and coachable
Comfortable being on camera for social media content
Reliable and detail-oriented
Saturday availability is required
Compensation & Growth
Hourly pay of
$16–$19 , based on experience
Commission and performance-based incentives
Clear opportunity for advancement into a
General Manager position
Team members who exceed expectations may be eligible for
General Manager–level pay by June 2026
