Our client is a high-growth Fintech company transforming the way finance teams operate. Their FP&A platform enables real-time planning, automated workflows, and data-driven insights that drive business impact.
Following a $70M Series, they’re expanding rapidly in the U.S. With only 4 AEs onboard and already $10M ARR, the trajectory is strong and accelerating.
The Role As an Account Executive, you’ll target Mid-Market and upper Mid-Market companies, primarily in software, with some biotech and construction clients. The role is driven by inbound interest, VC intros, and partnerships, supported by an SDR team.
Key responsibilities
Sell a high-impact FP&A solution to finance leaders
Average deal size: $35K – top deals up to $75K
Sales cycles of 3–6 months
Quota: $1M – current AEs close 3–4 deals/month
Only 20% self-sourced leads

What we’re looking for
4+ years of Mid-Market SaaS sales experience
Started as SDR/BDR in 2018 or earlier
Familiar with $35K–$50K deal sizes
Experience in early-stage or pre-IPO companies
Proficient in structured sales methods (ideally MEDDIC)
Solid track record with long tenure
Native English speaker
Compensation and Benefits
$250K OTE (50/50 split)
$125K base salary
$4.1K 401K match
