Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the Tampa, Florida metro area and surrounding territories. This role requires a proactive, consultative salesperson who can build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and engaging prospective customers in target industries.

Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and service excellence.

Present and sell our instrumentation and control products, engineered solutions, and calibration services to industrial and commercial customers.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support, technical, and service teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.

Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.

Strong understanding of consultative selling with the ability to convey technical product value.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Prior experience in instrumentation, controls, calibration, or related technical markets is a plus.
