
Trueline's client, a fast-growing residential exterior remodeling company based inNJ, is seeking a
Residential Field Sales Manager
to lead and expand their high-performing door-to-door canvassing division. This role combines field leadership with hands-on canvassing, offering a growth path to scale and build your own team within a values-driven, high-energy culture.
What You'll Do as the Residential Field Sales Manager:
Personally canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified leads
Build, train, and manage a team of canvassers across New Jersey
Lead daily team huddles and provide in-field coaching
Hire, onboard, and mentor entry-level reps through a structured training program
Collaborate with sales and operations to align on lead flow and goals
Monitor individual and team KPIs, reporting directly to executive leadership
Must-Haves as the Residential Field Sales Manager:
Previous experience in a door-to-door sales or canvassing leadership role
Proven track record recruiting, developing, and retaining canvassing or outside sales reps
Ability to lead by example and work in the field alongside your team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability to work evenings and partial Saturdays
Nice-to-Haves as the Residential Field Sales Manager:
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Background in residential remodeling (roofing, siding, windows)
