What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and drive execution of strategic plans
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce; valid driver’s license with a clean record

Previous people leadership experience
Experience with Acute Care rental therapy products
Strong record of strategic planning, deal structuring, and delivering high-impact presentations
Ability to navigate competitive market dynamics effectively
Experience in managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional efforts
