What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and communicate sales strategies and territory plans to drive revenue growth aligned to market trends

Set and track sales goals, reporting team performance weekly, quarterly, and annually

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment space

Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and drive execution of strategic plans

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce; valid driver’s license with a clean record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous people leadership experience

Experience with Acute Care rental therapy products

Strong record of strategic planning, deal structuring, and delivering high-impact presentations

Ability to navigate competitive market dynamics effectively

Experience in managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional efforts
