4–8 years of successful enterprise account management experience Demonstrated track record of achieving quotas, maintaining strong client retention, and managing multi-year, complex expansion deals in matrixed organizations Strong communication, collaborative account planning, and problem-solving skills High drive, curiosity, and operational discipline in a growth-focused environment Resilient and committed to continuous personal and professional development Willingness to travel 40% or more for national account coverage Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance or Education sectors Exposure to organizations undergoing digital transformation in client engagement Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic enterprise accounts and nurture deep client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, building trusted advisor partnerships Develop and execute strategic account plans, including quarterly and annual business reviews that align client goals with business objectives Translate client feedback into actionable strategies (OKRs) to drive ongoing improvements and deepen partnerships Proactively monitor client health to identify risks and ensure long-term retention targets are achieved Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales—to ensure seamless service delivery Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within accounts, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles focused on ROI and strategic outcomes Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-through on commitments JOB ID: 170999 #post Mike Klyop To Apply for this Job Click Here , $135,000 – $135,000,
