Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Tecumseh, MI. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and serve as the primary contact for insurance needs. Responsibilities include consulting clients on insurance options, managing policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, and supporting sales efforts to grow the book of business. The role requires excellent collaboration with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resolution of issues. Any office management experience is also a plus!
Qualifications
Proven skills in Account Management and the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Knowledge and experience in Insurance practices and policies, particularly in commercial insurance
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members
Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate insurance products
Proficiency in using insurance management software and other relevant tools
Property & Casualty Insurance license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
