ETSCO is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support business operations by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service. This position focuses on account support, quoting, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
No cold calling or outside sales. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales / Customer Service role. The position is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, supporting revenue growth through follow-ups and quotations, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth order execution. The role also includes reporting responsibilities and adherence to company policies and industry requirements. No remote or hybrid work is offered. Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and follow up to secure sales opportunities Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare and provide quotations to support sales activity Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and support business growth Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications
Strong work ethic; attitude is a critical factor for success Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Prior experience in inside sales, non-retail customer service, or a similar role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Sage 50 (Peachtree) preferred but not required
