This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Responsibilities Manage and grow a book of business through inside sales efforts (phone, email, virtual meetings) Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers Proactively prospect within assigned accounts and warm leads to uncover new opportunities Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from quote to close to repeat business Build strong customer relationships by understanding product applications and customer needs Partner closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience (product-based environment preferred) Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts Strong phone presence and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
