Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and customer success? We are looking for the Sales Account Manager to join our Buildings sales team in Finland and help us grow our footprint in the region. Our Buildings sales team operates in several disciplines: building industry, building services (HVAC) and electrical engineering both in building industry and electrical automation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers, identifying needs, and offering software solutions that truly make a difference.

As the Sales Account Manager, you will leverage your understanding of our products and services to drive sales, support customers, and serve as a vital link between clients and our technical teams. Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers within your region.

Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how our software solutions address them.

Negotiate agreements and close sales deals to meet business objectives.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.

Relay insights and feedback from customers to our product development teams.

What we expect from you

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical or software-based solutions.

Solid understanding of software products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner.

Understanding of the building and construction market, including customer dynamics, buying processes, and key stakeholders.

Familiarity with the current solutions landscape within building and construction (e.g. design, BIM, engineering, or adjacent digital solutions).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and explain technical concepts clearly.

A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Comfort working independently and driving your own pipeline.

Fluent Finnish and excellent English, Swedish is a plus.

Willingness to travel within Finland.
