ABOUT THE ROLE
Problems Are Our Playground. And that is where we play. At R&R you will solve problems for our clients with our team of clever, curious, dedicated, and talented problem solvers. We’re seeking an Account Director to own the day-to-day for an iconic travel and tourism account. You’ll be the primary engine driving campaign execution, ensuring every agency service is delivered seamlessly while keeping the client’s business goals, and our creative standards, front and center. You bring a passion for advertising, stay tapped into culture and trends, and are energized by disrupting the norm, sports and partnerships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the Execution - Lead the charge on innovative campaign delivery, ensuring that from the first brief to the final launch, the work is executed flawlessly and hits every strategic marker.
Cultivate Client Partnerships - Act as a reliable counselor to your clients, anticipating their needs and maintaining a relationship built on transparency and results.
Drive the Business - Keep an eye on the bottom line, managing account profitability and resource allocation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
8+ years of leading accounts in creative agencies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of today’s platforms, channels, and emerging media.
Deep understanding of creative production and campaign measurement.
Skilled at strategy decks, scopes, budgets, and staffing.
Sharp critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Composure under pressure; humility in tough situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.
A balance of instinct, curiosity, thoroughness and self-awareness.
Experience leading and mentoring teams.
Willingness to work outside 9–5 and travel for shoots/production.
