Role Description The Sales Manager for the Western U.S. will oversee sales operations within their assigned territory, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hampton, NH, with the opportunity to work remotely when not attending in-person meetings or traveling. Responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, presenting product benefits confidently, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. Frequent travel within the Western U.S. region will be required to meet with clients and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, including strong negotiation and presentation abilities

In-depth understanding of the industrial shredding or recycling industry is an asset, or the ability to quickly learn technical product specifications

Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients

Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Western U.S.

Previous experience in B2B sales in a technical or industrial sector is a plus
