Overview
Customer Service Representative – Full-time
Location 1630 North Ocean Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742
Compensation Pay: $15 – $17 per hour
Schedule Hours are 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, includes Sunday and occasional holidays.

Main Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service support to the assigned client base.
Enter orders via telephone and online.
Respond to and rectify client and/or business issues.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service and/or order entry
Attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with MS Office
AS400 is a plus
