New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the new car sales department.
Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants.
Drive traffic and business development through strategic planning and local outreach.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently throughout the sales process.
Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve overall dealership objectives.

Pay Range:
$11,000.00 to $15,000.00

Qualifications
Prior experience as a New Car Sales Manager or a consistent top-performing sales professional with leadership potential.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, desking, and CRM platforms.
Experience in DriveCentric and Reynolds is required.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
