Details Job Description :

Over 10 years' Experience in Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, bridging business needs with technical realities by translating requirements into functional designs, overseeing configuration/code, integrating systems (APIs), managing data models, and ensuring best practices for successful implementation, acting as a key technical advisor to clients and development teams across clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture: Define overall structure, data models, integrations, security, and user experience for Salesforce solutions.

Business Analysis: Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on declarative (Flows, Fields) vs. programmatic (Apex, LWC) solutions, ensuring platform best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, presenting solutions, managing expectations, and resolving escalated issues.

Implementation Oversight: Lead build phases, support data migration, integration, testing, and deployment, often guiding developers and administrators.

Innovation: Stay updated on new Salesforce features (3x yearly releases) and propose innovative solutions for improvement.

Core Skills & Knowledge

Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry).

Proficiency in configuration (point-and-click) and development (Apex, LWC, APIs).

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with data migration, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.

Ability to balance technical feasibility with business goals.
