About the job: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic E-Commerce Beauty Specialist / Order Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, products, or delivery in a timely and professional manner Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely promotions Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the best possible experience Assist with website maintenance and updates, including product descriptions, images, and pricing Identify and escalate any potential issues or opportunities for improvement to the appropriate team members Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience and overall e-commerce operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or order support role, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry Strong knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

Compensation & Scheduling
