Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Performance Manager - Airbus Americas Operations to join our team based in Mobile, AL. Position Summary:
The Performance Manager - Airbus Americas Operations is responsible for the overall governance and management of performance indicators (KPIs). This role defines, implements, and develops a robust performance review system aligned with the Airbus Operating System (AOS) to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include: Lead Performance Management: Ensure performance management data and analysis are available for Airbus Americas Operations, serving as the primary point of contact. Establish, maintain, and clearly communicate performance understanding, priorities, status, and corrective action plans to all stakeholders regarding any deviations. Performance Network Coordination: Coordinate and manage a network of performance managers across different functional areas. Ensure alignment with the OEP department objectives and coordinate with regional stakeholders for data requests related to operations. Communicate and deploy performance standards and coach performance managers across all functions. Governance & Performance Days Management: Manage Performance Day activities, ensuring timely input delivery to key stakeholders. Manage L5 routines daily. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization: Drive continuous improvement, including the digitalization of performance management processes through effective use of AI tools. Meet the Team:

Your Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities: Performance Management, Analytics and Reporting (40%): Define and ensure data, reports, and tools provide AAO leadership with accurate information. Establish the single source of truth for defined KPIs. Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Suggest analyses, align actions with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with operational teams and support functions to achieve targeted performance levels. Improve AAO reporting quality and frequency in collaboration with AOS experts. Develop and implement a live, digital performance dashboard to track KPIs and enable visual performance management. Enable executing functions to monitor top KPI performance. Performance Network Coordination (20%): Lead a cross-functional network of performance managers, aligned with key stakeholders, especially OEP. Coordinate across functions and deploy performance standards; coach and develop Performance Management Analysts. Foster synergies within Operations performance functions across locations. Governance & Performance Days Management (20%): Direct AAO performance management routines to ensure performance meets expectations; manage daily L5 routines. Lead monthly Performance Review for AAO Leadership, including PDCA processes and action plans for deviations and improvements. Provide timely Operations performance data to stakeholders; lead optimization projects and digitalization initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization (20%): Lead optimization projects within the Performance Management team and champion digitalization, including AI tool integration. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or Management Operations or similar discipline. 10 years of experience in cost management, project coordination/management, and KPI development and tracking. Proficient knowledge of AOS standards, TPS, Six Sigma, or DBS; strong analytical and data management skills. Digital tools: Skywise, SAP, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Palantir Foundry, or Splunk knowledge. Cross-functional collaboration and change management experience; manufacturing/supply chain/finance exposure preferred. Project management certification preferred. Travel: 10% Domestic and International. Eligible to work in the US. Physical and Other Requirements: Vision, hearing, speaking abilities suitable for office and production environments. Ability to operate office equipment; lift up to 30 lbs/14 kg; travel as required; sit/stand for long periods; travel overseas/domestically as needed. Application:
