What role will you play? As part of Macquarie Asset Management\'s Client Solutions Group, you will lead fundraising, investor relations, and product development for private markets products, with a particular focus on real assets in the Americas—covering infrastructure, energy transition and private equity. You will lead client engagement across the fund lifecycle, ensuring exceptional client experience and supporting Macquarie Asset Management\'s ambitious growth plans in the region.

While this role is expected to focus on a range of product areas within Macquarie Asset Management\'s infrastructure and real assets business over time, its initial focus is expected to include capital raising for Macquarie Asset Management\'s infrastructure secondaries activities. Therefore, experience in infrastructure secondaries specifically, or secondaries generally, is desirable.

The role will include:

Shaping strategy for bringing new products to market and leading market sounding with investors. While handling legal negotiations and closing processes with clients.

Managing fund formation, legal and structuring process, and internal approvals.

Overseeing capital raising, marketing materials, and investor due diligence.

Producing and maintaining high quality investor collateral and ensuring timely investor engagement.

Acting as key contact for relationship managers and leading investor meetings and roadshows. While building relationships with institutional investors.

Salary range for this position: $300,000 - $350,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

Significant experience in infrastructure, energy transition, or related sectors (fundraising, asset management, M&A).

Exposure to infrastructure secondaries or secondaries markets is desirable but not essential.

Demonstrated leadership in capital raising, fund formation, investor engagement, and legal negotiations. With strong understanding of corporate finance, financial accounting, and investment products.

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at a senior level.

Demonstrated mentoring, and team development capabilities.
