Juno Beach, FL
(required); Experience in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (3+ years); Experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred); Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices; Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing; Experience creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; Experience with Design Systems; Familiar with Agile methodologies; Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field Preferred
Experience in the energy or technology sectors; Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers; Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines. Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and design systems. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with objectives. Advocate for and apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain and manage design assets, ensuring consistency across all digital products. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and processes. Why apply?
