Minimum qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in partner business development, technical and sales enablement roles within the technology industry.
Experience enabling partners through training, joint go-to-market initiatives, and business support.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications
Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
Experience negotiating and collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize global partner strategies with local regional objectives.
Understanding of cloud technologies with a focus on enabling partners through specialized training and high-impact, joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Ability to identify, recruit, and onboard global resellers, while developing data-driven business plans to consistently exceed regional business and growth goals.
About the job As a Global Partner Development Executive, you will lead partner growth, cultivate new alliances, and scale market opportunities within the corporate segment. You will be responsible for managing and evolving partnerships across the sales and services ecosystem. You will define the global strategy and business plan and collaborate across Google to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you will work in close alignment with regional Partner Development Managers to accelerate customer acquisition and drive the adoption of Google technologies. Compensation The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Design and execute comprehensive business plans, aligning cross-functional Google stakeholders to drive unified partner growth and market expansion.
Cultivate executive-level relationships with top resellers to develop high-impact go-to-market plans that outpace market business and service growth goals.
Partner with regional teams to achieve mid-market business milestones, ensuring partner strategies are synchronized with local sales and marketing objectives.
Build partner competencies across AI, Google Workspace, Sec/Ops, and Data Analytics, while pioneering new business models through Agentic AI and Marketplace platforms.
Monitor partner KPIs to provide actionable insights while scaling partner technical skills to ensure a high-value, consistent customer experience.
