As a Deal Desk Analyst 3, you will structure profitable, compliant transactions that address customers\' needs while protecting revenue for the client. You will partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to accelerate deal closures and ensure adherence to policy. Work model: Onsite in Lehi, UT. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and serve as first-line approver for transactions. Meet with sales teams to identify customer business needs and translate them into structured transactions. Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and operational guidelines. Communicate deal value via documented business cases to cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communications to management. Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement. Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk functions. Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support). Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting (e.g., SOP 97-2) and related practices. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication. Pay Range
