Five Star Bath Solutions of Sioux Falls is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused individual to help plan, manage, and work local community events and home shows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, talking with homeowners, and taking ownership of real responsibilities that directly impact a growing local business. You won’t be sitting behind a table — you’ll be engaging people, representing our brand, and helping generate high-quality appointments.

What You’ll Do
Research and identify local events and community opportunities Help plan and organize event participation Work events in person and actively engage attendees Collect qualified leads and schedule appointments Occasionally help recruit or coordinate additional event staff Track results and provide simple post-event feedback Who We’re Looking For
You’re a strong fit if you are: Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations Organized and reliable Business-minded and willing to take initiative Comfortable working independently Available nights and weekends This is an in-person role and requires reliable transportation Interested in gaining real-world business experience Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is a plus — but not required.
