Akkodis is seeking a
SEO Specialist
for a
Contract
with a client in
Minneapolis MN/Charlotte, Irving TX . Candidate must have strong expertise in technical SEO fundamentals, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and resolving key issues such as canonical errors and redirect chains.
Rate Range:
$60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive technical site audits to assess crawlability, indexation, and resolve canonical errors, broken links, and redirect chains.
Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, FID) through caching strategies, image optimization, code efficiency, and render-path improvements.
Implement and validate structured data (Schema.org) to enable rich results and enhance SERP visibility.
Collaborate with TOS/development teams on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular) to balance client‑side vs server‑side rendering for SEO.
Analyze server logs to identify crawl inefficiencies, manage crawl budget, and improve bot access patterns.
Monitor and troubleshoot indexing signals, sitemaps, robots’ directives, and canonicalization to maintain technical health at scale.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical SEO and web performance optimization.
Requires proven expertise in site audits, crawlability/indexation, and resolving canonical, redirect chain, and broken link issues.
Requires strong proficiency with Core Web Vitals optimization, structured data implementation, and collaboration with developers on HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $64.00 per hour
