Marketing Project Manager

to support a high‑visibility portfolio of marketing and studio‑production initiatives. This role is ideal for a

junior‑level project manager (1–3 years)

who is organized, proactive, and excited to work across multiple teams in a fast‑moving environment. You will manage day‑to‑day coordination, communication, timelines, and delivery across marketing programs and cross‑functional partners. This includes supporting both quick‑turn projects and longer‑running initiatives, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and forward progress with minimal oversight. What You’ll Do

Manage marketing and studio‑related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and requirements are met. Partner with business sponsors and external partners to translate requirements into actionable plans. Monitor, track, and report on project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive clear communication across stakeholders, leadership, and external partners. Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation and closure. Facilitate project team meetings and status updates. Support coordination across multiple projects simultaneously — from high‑urgency tasks to multi‑month programs. What You Bring

1–3 years of project management experience (required). Workfront expertise — daily use (required). Experience with Project or Program Management methodologies. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple workstreams. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency with MS Office, project tracking tools, and (bonus) Smartsheet. Marketing experience, retail/B2B/merchandising exposure, or PMP certification are a plus, not required. A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Must be Atlanta‑based and able to work onsite. Why This Role
