Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 + bonus opportunities Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, capable, and collaborative marketer who enjoys building things that matter. This role blends website building, design, writing, content creation, and strategy. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up across our website, client education materials, training content, and conference collateral—and you’ll have a voice in how that content is best created, distributed, and evolved over time. If you like doing multiple things well, enjoy learning new tools, and want to be part of a growing company where your ideas are welcomed and valued, this role was built with you in mind. What You’ll Be Doing

Website & Digital Presence

Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, and forms Improve layout, clarity, usability, and mobile responsiveness Keep content accurate, current, and aligned with business goals Work confidently inside modern CMS and website platforms Help evolve the website as the company grows—not just maintain it Content Creation & Branding

Create content that supports branding and brand consistency Client education and outreach Training programs and materials Conference and event collateral Design clean, effective visuals for web, print, presentations, and events Write clear, engaging copy for emails and newsletters, internal communications, educational and training materials Help plan how content is shared, not just how it’s created Maintain and execute a LinkedIn content calendar Think through audience, timing, and channels—not just deliverables AI-Forward, Human-Centered Work

Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology Comfort exploring new tools, experimenting, and learning through real use A practical, grounded perspective on AI: excited about its potential, thoughtful about its limits, and focused on real-world results Curiosity-driven mindset that sees technology to improve clarity, efficiency, and impact—while keeping human judgment at the center Participate actively in meetings and discussions Speak up with ideas, recommendations, and improvements Work closely with Account Managers, Trainers, and Leadership Own projects from concept through execution and refinement Be excited to grow with the company and help shape what comes next What We’re Looking For

Someone who can design, write, and build—and enjoys the variety Hands-on experience working with websites and page builders Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and clarity Comfort contributing ideas and insights in meetings Curiosity, follow-through, and pride in doing work well Ability to manage multiple projects without losing momentum Experience with Photography/Video field and post-production a plus Tools & Platforms

Proficient working in modern web development and CMS platforms Comfortable in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Experience creating and managing campaigns in MailChimp or similar platforms Sharing Your Work
